Situated in the Urbanisation Buena Vista, cut into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, this luxury villa offers accommodation in a tranquil setting, yet only a few minutes drive from the fantastic beaches and nightlife of Fuengirola and Marbella. It overlooks the Mediterranean (it is 400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas, which is renowned as being one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain. There are three bedrooms which can sleep up to eight people (2 full size folding beds available), two bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, the mountains of Africa can be seen! It has telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port.

If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of 40 Euros IF we are able to rebook the same week/s.If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded
less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to rebook the villa any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit (less the administration charge of 40 euros).

The property is secure for children as it is fenced in and there are also security gates at the entrance to the urbanisation. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have 2 cars to rent at very good rates, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater and a Smart Forfour Passion, both fully automatic with aircon. We have a manager who will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Clean towels and linen are provided every week but no cleaning mid stay, although this can be provided at cost if required. The pool and garden are very well maintained.
