They can be rented throughout the year as one complete private unit sleeping a maximum of 14 or for a smaller group, on an apartment basis still with exclusive use of the Villa. There are 5 bedrooms incl a large family room, 4 lounges, 3 modern kitchens and bathrooms; and sun terraces. The top apartment consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a large and airy lounge, a large enclosed naya (conservatory) leading onto the sunny roof terrace and a modern kitchen and large bathroom. The roof terrace with its amazing views of the Penon de Ifach Rock and the Sea basks in the sun from sunrise to sunset..
