The following are the Terms and Conditions for advertising with Spanish Lifestyles.
Spanish Lifestyles Commitment:
Spanish Lifestyles will advertise your property for rent in Spain on our web site Http://www.spanish-lifestyles.com. We will also advertise our web site on other sites and publications to try to increase traffic and enquiries to our site. We will keep your contact information confidential at all times, our web site will NOT reveal your name, address or telephone number to third parties nor will we sell this information. All enquiries will be passed directly to you via E-mail and within 24 hours of the enquiry. Spanish Lifestyles will not take any deposits or make any booking confirmation on enquiries No guarantees of enquiries are implied or given Free advertising will be available as per Appendix A
Property Owners Commitment:
As the property owner we require the following:
You are the owner of the property or the authorised agent. All information provided on the property is accurate. All rates provided are accurate Payment must be paid within 7 days of the advert going live. See Appendix A
Appendix A – Advertising rates:
Spanish Lifestyles are currently offering free advertising on its web site, the terms and conditions on the free advertising are set out below. When the free advertising has terminated we will apply a charge for advertising as laid out below.
Free Advertising:
Spanish Lifestyles is offering free advertising until we reach the top 10 in Google, for this to apply the following conditions must be met:
Definition: Google = Http://www.google.com or Http://www.google.co.uk
Home Page advertising:
No advertising will be available on our home page until we reach the top 10 in Google for the Search phrase “Spanish villa rentals”. The properties currently selected have been chosen by us and we reserve the right to change this and use your property should we wish to.
Area Advertising:
Area advertising is the home page where a quick link will appear to your property. For example if you have a Property in Costa Del Sol then your Area Advertising will be under “Costa Del Sol Rentals”, your property will remain under this section for free until it reaches Google top 10, the relevant terms for this are:
“Costa Brava rentals” or “Holiday rentals Costa Brava” “Costa Blanca rentals” or “Holiday rentals Costa Blanca” “Costa Calida rentals” or “Holiday rentals Costa Calida” “Costa Almeria rentals” or “Holiday rentals Costa Almeria” “Costa Del Sol rentals” or “Holiday rentals Costa Del Sol” “Lanzarote rentals” or “Holiday rentals Lanzarote” “Ibiza rentals” or “Holiday rentals Ibiza”
We reserve the right to add more areas to this search section as more properties come online.
Notification that free advertising will end will be sent out via E-mail, we will then send a brief update each week detailing our position in Google. If we have maintained a top 10 position for 12 weeks then the fee of €52 will be payable per property - this will be equivalent to 12 months advertising.
Should we maintain a top 10 position for 8 weeks and then drop out for two weeks, as can happen with Google, we will continue the count down from the next week that we are back in the top 10.
We will raise an invoice once the 12 weeks of top 10 rankings have taken place. You have the choice of paying the invoice or requesting that we remove your property and no charge will be made.
Advertising Costs:
12 months advertising for 1 property = €52 12 months advertising for 2 properties = €75 12 months advertising for 3 properties = €104 Home Page advertising = €10 per month Late deals advertising = €5 per week
