Apartment for holiday rental Fanabe Tenerife
This is a privately owned 1 bedroom apartment in the highly desirable complex of Yucca Park. The owners bought it in 2007, primarily for their own use and visit Tenerife 2 or 3 times a year. As they bought it for themselves it is equipped to a high standard, as they like their home comforts when on holiday. When looking for a property they visited dozens of different locations within the Playa de Las Americas area, but none seemed "just right" until they saw Yucca Park - it just "ticked all the right boxes" for them, and we believe it will for you too.

The complex consists of 98 apartments, so visitors are not just one of hundreds of anonymous faces you see around, but real people - above all this is a friendly complex. While being near many bars & restaurants it remains a quiet and peaceful place - ideal if you want to "chill-out" at the pool, have a relaxing drink or snack served by Kirk who runs the poolside bar, Two minutes walk takes you to the beach, or 5 minutes in taxi takes you to central Americas for a more lively evening in the clubs & bars.
Using Yucca Park as your holiday base you can relax at the pool (including the shallow children’s pool), play squash in the onsite court if you are feeling really energetic, or take a 2 minute stroll down to the beach at Playa Fanabe where many different water sports are available. The golf course is approx 4km from Yucca Park, and for the evenings there are a multitude of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes

The apartment consists of :
A bedroom with a large double bed, plenty of storage and a FREE TO USE safe.
The Living Room has a reclining sofa plus a sofa bad (which can be set as 2 singles or one double bed), a 32” TV with British TV (BBC & ITV etc), DVD & Hi-Fi with selection of discs. There is also a ceiling and freestanding fan.
The Bathroom was completely refurbished in May 2008, and has a bath with shower, WC, bidet and sink with storage space.
The “American Style” kitchen has full size oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Is has all utensils, pots & pans etc that you may need.
The Patio is not overlooked and has sun all day long.
We are also proud to be members of the Yucca Park Owners Group, and as such we can provide multiple apartments if required.
All of the above prices are for the apartment(not per person) based on two people. Any 3rd or 4th person(s) cost £25 per person per week extra. Towels & Linen are provided and changed weekly. Extra midweek changes can be provided for a small extra charge.
