This modern 2nd floor 2 bed roomed apartment is serviced by a lift and staircase. Comprising of 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, in total sleeps 4 people.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a 4 ring halogen hob, fridge freezer, and microwave with grill, kettle, toaster and iron. Off the kitchen is a galleria with a washing machine, airer and ironing board.
The comfortable lounge with sofa / dining room has dining table and chairs. The sliding doors at the end of the lounge lead to the balcony furnished with patio table and chairs.
The T.V. presently receives free view channels, there is also a DVD. player and a selection of films have been provided for your enjoyment but feel free to bring your own.
You will find a selection of CD’s in the apartment but again feel free to bring your own.
The bathroom has an over bath shower, washbasin, toilet and also a bidet.
This apartment is not fitted with air conditioning; however there are 2 large fans in the wardrobes for your use. You will find that you will enjoy a pleasant breeze through the apartment due to it being situated on the peninsular. In winter months you can use the oil filled radiators provided.
The complex has a communal pool and sitting area.
