It has a fully equipped lounge with English TV and DVD Player, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a small safe and one bathroom. It has a bed settee, so can sleep 6. It is south facing, enjoying all day sun on the balcony.

The apartment building has residents-only, seasonal pools and a large sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard. The complex is made up of two blocks; our apartment is in the front block. There are 2 lifts in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas making this a wheelchair friendly complex.

Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children’s play area, is directly in front of the apartment building.

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouthwateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. There is also a local Internet Cafe if you want to keep up to date on your E-mails.
Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianized promenade beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch your children on the beach while enjoying a nice relaxing meal! The numerous restaurants cater for all tastes.
